Harvest period: Last decade of October (Grape harvesting by hand)
Vinification technique: Grapes harvested after complete phenolic maturation. Destemming and light pressing. Long maceration on the skins for 28 days, then malolactic fermentation
Ageing: in oak for 3 years Colour: Deep red with light purple glints
Smell: Typical hints of wild berries and with gentle bouquet of tobacco
Taste: Firm, good structure and long persistence
Food Pairing: Particularly indicated the pairing with red meat, pasta with meat sauce and aged cheese.
