Altitude: 250-350 meters above sea level
Type of soil: Clay and limestone
Training system: Guyot
Planting density: 3500 plants/ha
Harvest period: Last week of September (hand-picked)
Winemaking technique: Controlled temperature maceration (24-26°C), followed by malolactic fermentation
Aging: 8 months in steel – bottle
Color: Bold and deep red, tending towards purple
Aroma: Intense and fruity with cherry notes, followed by floral tones of rose and violet.
Taste: Pleasant tannins and medium-bodied structure.
Pairing: Endless possibilities for pairing with traditional Mediterranean dishes.
