Altitude: Hilly terrain ranging from 400 to 600 meters above sea level
Type of soil: Clay and limestone
Training system: Guyot
Planting density: 3500 plants/ha
Harvest period: Late September (hand-picked)
Winemaking technique: Selection of the best grape clusters in the vineyard, soft pressing, and fermentation of the first pressing at low temperature
Aging: Aging on the fine lees for over six months, followed by bottle aging for another six months
Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections, persistent and fine perlage
Aroma: Intense floral scent and hints of crusty bread
Taste: Vibrant and fresh taste with excellent acidity-sweetness balance
Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, in cocktails, with appetizers, and light fish-based dishes.
