Winemaking technique: Selection of grapes, separation of the first must, and fermentation at low temperatures. Charmat method.
Aging: The wine is left in contact with the yeast for 4 months and then bottled.
Color: Light straw yellow
Aroma: Intense notes of white flowers and white fruits
Taste: Fragrant, moderately acidic, with excellent persistent perlage
Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, perfect when paired with fish dishes.
